Order Processing Time
All orders for Novaliths bedding sets are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your package is dispatched. We appreciate your patience as we ensure careful handling and quality checks for every product. 

Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping on orders over $80, and for orders under $80 we have flat shipping $7.99.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Additional charges including customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary based on local customs processing. For more details, contact service@novaliths.com before placing your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your package's delivery status. If you experience issues with tracking, please reach out to us at service@novaliths.com for assistance.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances like weather, logistics, or customs may cause delays. Novaliths is not liable for delays beyond our control but will assist in resolving issues with carriers wherever possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@novaliths.com. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged product or packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
