Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Novaliths accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unwashed bedding sets in original packaging with tags attached. Returns are only valid for items purchased directly through our website or authorized retailers. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used bedding products cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items or promotional purchases may be final unless otherwise stated. Personalised or custom-made orders are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, email service@Novaliths.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization number and instructions. Returns shipped without authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order. Ensure the new order is placed promptly to avoid stock issues.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days at service@Novaliths.com. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
